Refrain from purchasing a countertop from this Lowe's location.
We purchased a countertop from Lowe’s back in May 2025, and it was installed damaged. What should have been a straightforward fix turned into a six-month ordeal.
After the damage was discovered, we tried working through both Lowe’s and the manufacturer, but communication was extremely slow and unorganized. No one took ownership of the issue, and we were constantly redirected or left waiting with no follow-up. Luckily one of their staff members, Shaun, was able to get things moving forward. Even then, it took too long to get things settled and were starting to lose hope.
The most frustrating part was the lack of accountability. At no point did anyone clearly take responsibility for the problem or proactively work toward a resolution. A major purchase like a countertop should not require this much effort from the customer to fix an issue that was not their fault.
Very disappointing experience. Based on this, I would be hesitant to use Lowe’s again for installation services.

I'd give 0 stars, if possible. FYI, Lowe's will price match their competitors, but NOT THEIR OWN STORES. If you get a lower price at one location, they will not honor that price at another, even if the low price store doesn't have enough of said product.
