Hopped over here for some cleaning supplies and some plants. Definitely satisfied with the cleanliness of the store and they usually have the product stocked well. There were some missing items I needed for plumbing but overall I think they have some fair prices and the attendants are helpful as long as the store is not too busy. Thank you!

This Lowe’s location is locally owned and ran. They are unable to match an item that was posted on their app and website. After talking with the manager, I decided to go somewhere else.
If you need to buy an item that is available in the app or online, go ahead and purchase and set for store pickup. Otherwise, this store won’t honor the price.

Lowe's installation department and plumbing department is the most incompetent people I have ever come across. I strongly advise not to hire or buy anything from this store. I bought a sink and faucet and also purchased both items to be installed by Lowe's installation services the items were purchased Dec 30th it is now February 9th and the sink and faucet has still not been installed. The installer has failed to show up for 3 different scheduled appointments with no phone calls to let me know they were not coming, no phone call from Lowe's either. So who ever is reading this be warned.

I'm giving this location a 1 star review because the customer service Phylisa (apparently the store manager) provided was very disappointing. Trying to exchange a brand-new weed wacker, she was able to credit back my mom's cc back, but she didn't mention I would not be able to exchange it without her card. On top of that, she didn't mention the 3 year warranty we purchased was going to be a headache to get back. Having to call the warranty company, get it from them. Learning how to communicate, is key to good customer service. She should try it.

Everytime I've been here, there's 7 employees piled near the registers just talking and laughing. I was waiting at the paint section for over 10 minutes before someone came over to help me. All of the people crowded together didn't even acknowledge me after I tried to flag them down for help.
We also bought some heavy items here and had to wait over 20 minutes for employees to help us. Then, when they finally came, they tried loading our counter tops in the truck UPSIDE DOWN 🤦🏽♀️ . The citrus heights location has much better customer service and employees.

These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s.
