Nous avons acheté notre divan aux fêtes fin décembre. Livraison en mars d’une partie brisé. Visite du réparateur en avril qui va nous recontacter. Et silence radio jusqu’au début juin quand je me pointe en magasin après avoir tente de parler 50x, on doit attente encore 10 jrs…. Au 11e jour sans nouvelle On obtient finalement un remplacement mi juin mais évidemment même cette livraison a été compliquée à céduler. Quand on réussi à parler à quelqu’un tout le monde est désolé mais ce n’est jamais de la faute de personne!

We bought a divan from Stanley. He was fluent in both english and french (as my partner speaks french) He was very pleasant to buy from as he was honest about the floor models vs the model you would receive from in your home. As a bonus, he was humorous in both languages too :)
EDIT: changing my review to only 2 stars. Brick delivered a broken part of the sectional, told my partner and I that it was sold as broken, and that Stan should have told us. We were never told that, nor was there anything on the receipt when looking at it that says it was damaged. She called them the day it was delivered on Saturday, was told we would get a call back, nothing. Called them again Monday, said they would call us Tuesday, now we are here Wednesday afternoon and we still haven’t received any update or anything. We are also missing our upholstery kit that was supposed to come with it. Two stars is only for the delivery drivers who were nice and explained everything and even called to let the store know it was damaged and that the store needs to do something.
P.S- they said that this is a common occurrence, so make sure if you are getting a good deal, the couch isn’t actually broken :)

Can I cancel my order and get a refund?
Yes. You may cancel your order by visiting any Brick location. Purchases made online and in store are refundable at any time prior to product delivery or pick up. Refunds are made only to the same credit or debit card used to pay for the order. Cash payments will be refunded to a debit card or via cheque and mailed to the person who paid for the order. Deposits on Special Order items are non-refundable.
Can I get my deposit refunded in cash if I paid in cash?
Unfortunately, not every Brick store will have enough cash on hand or the exact dollar amount required to refund your deposit in cash. We're happy to refund cash payments to a debit card, or via a cheque made out to the individual listed on the invoice.

An extended warranty can be added during the purchase process in store or online. Our Premium Delivery Service is available in most areas. For areas not served by The Brick's delivery team, we contract third-party courier and shipping companies.
