  Meagen was amazing as always. Thomas from Anjou quarterbacked the transaction beautifully. The delivery team did a great job, they were courteous and extremely professional. The service was simply excellent!

  Exellent service par Lucien, un vendeur qui s’est donné à 110%! Très bon service client avec tout ceux que j’ai cotoyé jusqu’à l’obtention de mon matelas à l’entrepôt. Très bon prix également!

  Nous nous sommes présentés pour acheter une causeuse électrique et personne n'est venu nous voir. Nous nous sommes promenés dans le magasin pendant au moins 30 minutes. Vraiment ordinaire. Pour nous vous êtes barré.

  La journée où j'étais sensée recevoir mon divan et mon matelas, j'ai seulement reçu mon matelas. Quand je téléphone la vendeuse, elle me dit que mon divan sera livré seulement à la mi-août! J'ai jamais été averti de ce délai par ma vendeuse, vraiment décevant!!

  Our sales representative anthony joyal in sherbrooke was amazing sales rep. He explained the chairs we were shopping and then provided us space to try and discuss. Our issue arrived when we picked up the chair choosing to go get it rather than delivery so we could have it earlier. We picked up the chair went home and started to open and set up. They provided us the wrong chair. We repacked went back and were advised it was warehouse issue and to leave the chair. They could not provide a document proving we had returned the chair while they ordered another. I refused to leave the chair as i needed proof and something to say i didnt have my paid for chair. That evening we were called to state that a new chair would arrive a week later no offer of compensation such as free delivery for their error. They just said same conditions u have to come get it and no real apologies. Was our first purchase at leon probably wont return.
