  J'adore le concept de la cour à bois en voiture, franchement c'est tellement plus simple ainsi. De plus, on est assuré d'avoir un commis pour nous aider. Service efficace et professionnel .

  "I had a terrible experience at RONA ste eustache . I bought a toilet seat that was displayed so high on the wall I couldn't inspect it, but a staff member assured me I could return it if it didn't work out. After opening the plastic (which is the only way to actually see the product), I found the quality was poor and the seat hole was tiny.When I tried to return it the next day, the cashier, Myriam, was incredibly rude and dismissive. I then spoke with the supervisor, Marc Andre, who also refused the refund because the packaging was open. It is impossible to even see or feel the product without ripping the plastic. This feels like a trap—displaying items where they can't be seen and then using the packaging as an excuse to deny a return on a sub-par product. I’m very disappointed in the lack of common sense and the poor service from both Myriam and Marc Andre." "I am beyond disappointed with RONA. I have been a loyal customer for over 15 years, but after my experience today I won’t be spending another dime here.

  J’ai adorer le service donner dans les cuisines par Flora. Elle m’a bien expliqué les différents types de matériaux et ce qui pourrait bien aller dans ma cuisine ! Je recommande

  They refused a price match on a product that met all the conditions for it to be allowed, as per their match policy. I went to a different RONA+ and got it at the matched price. When I came to RONA+ St-Eustache to have my product refunded, they tried everything not to refund us, even though, once again as per their policy, we met all the condition for a refund (1. We don't refund these types of items 2. We can refund but with a restocking fee 3. We can refund but we will inspect the item to make sure it hasnt been used). All of that to finally have the manager come and say: we will allow the price match that you initialy wanted. My advice to RONA: Respect your customer and your policies, don't make up the rules as it goes depending on the situation to get the most out of customer's pocket. If you allowed the match in the first place, I wouldnt have to return my item, and you wouldn't be left with an open box unit on your hand... hopefuly you label it properly for the next customer looking to buy it
