  Overall Rating: 🐾🐾 (2/5 Paws) My Experience: I visited this storage facility recently for a scheduled appointment to view a 10x15 unit and discuss rental options. Unfortunately, the overall experience was negative and ultimately led me to decide against renting a space here. The combination of the sales approach and structural concerns made it unsuitable for my storage needs. Customer Service: The Staff: The sales approach was overly aggressive and lacked patience. The high-pressure sales tactics made the interaction stressful rather than helpful or informative. Access Rights: Standard access procedures were observed during the site visit and unit viewing. Accessibility & Environment: Physical Layout: The facility is generally organized and equipped with visible security monitors. However, there are significant structural concerns regarding the units themselves, as they are constructed with wooden partitions with chicken wire as ceilings ⚠️. These wooden dividers between lockers do not feel adequately secure and easily accessible by cutting the wire for long-term storage. Sensory & Safety: While the site was mostly organized, there was a noticeable lack of cleanliness in some of the common areas (peoples stuff blocking the aisles). Furthermore, the aggressive sales environment and the inadequate locker partitions do not provide a strong sense of safety or peace of mind. 🐾 Doggo's Verdict: We did not feel comfortable with the high-pressure environment, and the wooden dividers definitely did not give us peace of mind. We recommend looking elsewhere for a more patient and secure storage experience.

  Endroit, propre sécuritaire et fonctionnel au centre de la ville de Québec. J'ai eu un petit problème avec l'administration, on m'a aussitôt rappelé pour régler le problème rapidement. Bon service. Merci.
