  Horrible customer Service. First they said they would deliver, then called back and said they can’t which I understood but the customer service guy(the guy in the photo) who could speak perfect english kept on speaking in french when I clearly couldn’t understand. One nice black lady tho. Nothing against her.

  Je suis vraiment déçu par le service. A chaque fois que j’y vais les employés donnent de l’attitude, ne sont jamais là quand je les ai besoin. Comme un contracteur je trouve ça terrible. Aujourd’hui ça m’a pris 30 minutes avant de pouvoir trouver un employé au matériaux pour chercher du bois dans les étages haut. Quand j’ai pris l’échelles, un employé est venu et m’a chialé. Si je pouvais donner un 0 étoiles je le donnerais parce que c’est vraiment pathétique ce rona

  I WOULD NEVER SHOP AT RONA POINTE CLAIRE AGAIN. I don’t generally wish to write anything negative about anyone but the way this store has pissed me and ruined our home move-in experience, I had to come here and say it out loud. (REVIEW IS LOOOONG COS OF MY BAD EXPERIENCE WITH THE STORE) 1- I don’t understand what age they are operating under. There is no basic enough internet service when anyone enters this store. The moment you enter the store the cell phone data literally drops down to 3G network where no one can use the data when in need. I had to walk out of the store twice just to get a simple verification code when applying for flexiti. 2- Some of the staff members are not really helpful at all nor do they know how to solve that either. Those at the counter on your left as soon as you enter the store were one of the worst customer service providers. They cannot figure out how to apply for Flexiti. And this particular woman couldn’t care enough to figure out and help. I can literally see on her face how uninterested she is to look into it since she didn’t knew how to fix that. 3- I had to make 4 visits to the store just to make a simple payment. One I already explained about Flexiti. And a few more extra rounds just to check on the status of our order of appliances. 4- When ordering appliances, we expected to have it delivered on Mar 31. However, there was no communication between the store and the company called Metro who does the delivery. Appliances didn’t arrived on expected date. It was rescheduled on April 4. The delivery person knocked on the door to deliver the appliances on April4. But we were not home since there were no appliances. There was no prior notice or call or msg to let us know about the delivery. They left the house without delivering my appliances. It finally arrived after 10 days. 5- This particular guy in appliances was super careless. I can see how slow he was working. By the time my turn came it was already 6p, and he was like my time is over. I was like you literally wasted my 30 mins. You should have given me a headsup at least. And he didn’t give any attention to that at all. Like it doesn’t make any difference to him. 6- Lastly, the only good thing I would say about this store is, particularly a lady named Paullet. Such a super sweet person. She did her best of her ability to help us out. I gave 2 stars for my review only because of this lady or I would give 0 or -10 for the kind of service I have received from the store. 7- Because of all their mess, we had to go through so much inconvenience. We had to eat outside for a week. Imagine how expensive it would be. 2 meals per day for 2 people. We lived at a friend’s place for few days I WOULD NEVER EVER SHOP AT RONA AGAIN.

  The worst experience ever with water heater installation. We paid for a water heater and ordered installation. 2 weeks we come to the store demanding any action - they say that installation is another department they don’t contact. So if you need it urgently- buy it somewhere else
