  Hilariously poorly managed with disgruntled staff. Physical store stock doesn't match online location inventory. Enjoy!

  Service à la clientèle médiocre. J’appelle à plusieurs reprises concernant ma livraison personne ne répond. Je me rend à succursale et le service est too munch… J’avais sélectionné cette surcursale Car il avait tout le stock de disponible et au final je me ramasse avec des rupture de stock.. non fiable.

  LILY saved the Day. First of all Jeff congratulations on a store well run , especially for the Customer service agent , Lily ( on duty 15h00 , Friday June 19 ,2026). I have been having a particularly difficult appartement reno job and ended up with several unused unopened bathroom vanities , in my haste to load them up for returning I forgot my bills at home, and only realized this after unloading them on to a trolley at the Pointe Claire store and inside , that I had grabbed the wrong invoice. :) Arriving at the customer service counter I was served by S____A the more senior staff member there, after attentively greeting her I carefully explained the situation , but she was not to be swayed from the line that I ABSOLUTELY required my bill , at one point I was willing to return home and get the bills and return , I was with my wife in the car waiting for me to finish my return, so I hesitated a bit and tried to reason with Mme S*****a , because as a longtime client with Reno-Dépot , and RONA something just did not seem right because I recall on several occasions over the many years , there was always a solution , I tried to explain that having an account at that store there should be someway of solving my predicament. NO Luck . UNTIL I noticed the other agent on duty had finished with her customer and was available, so I approached her for assistance , she immediately, upon understanding the situation simply enquired if I had a Pro account ( which clearly I did) said no Problem ! It will take a little more time and a few steps but she could solve the problem . LILY SAVED THE DAY. Thank you Lily , the young lady in her manner and very professional and curtious fashion proceeded to resolve my situation to my COMPLETE SATISFACTION, BRAVO. To Lily. I proceeded to tell her a short story ( as an older person , you know we like to tell stories ) of how many years ago I was present at a big inauguration when the Molson family and the Michauds Launched their new banner more that thirty years ago and how they talked about the “new” concept and the importance of Customer Satisfaction ( in those days they had even coined the phrase , “le Client est ROI”) . Lily’s handling of the situation brought that phrase to splendid light , she fully embodies the values and attitudes that are so important in the retail space Especially. Please congratulate her and encourage her, her collègue Mme S****a could learn a few things about service from the younger generation . Bravo Lily , and thank you once again for making my day. My Wife also thanks you for saving us an extra unnecessary trip back in the stormy weather.
