I have identified issues with their billing practices, particularly the 28-day payment cycle, which I perceive as potentially misleading. Additionally, I believe there has been a misrepresentation of available discount opportunities. The level of customer service encountered has been consistently below professional standards, leading me to question the integrity of their operational procedures. I recommend that prospective clients consider alternative storage providers for their household belongings. I am profoundly skeptical of this company's practices and cannot recommend them.
