  Je suis allée au Dépotium Crémazie aujourd’hui avec mes parents et je tiens à souligner l’excellent service que nous avons reçu donner par Madame Marie-Josée. L’assistante qui nous a aidés était vraiment exceptionnelle : chaleureuse, attentive, patiente et très professionnelle. Elle a pris le temps de bien nous écouter, de répondre à toutes nos questions et de nous accompagner sans jamais nous presser. J’ai aussi beaucoup apprécié la façon dont elle s’est adressée à mes parents, avec beaucoup de respect, de gentillesse et d’attention. C’est rare de recevoir un service aussi humain et agréable. Merci beaucoup pour cette belle expérience, ça a vraiment fait toute la différence ! ✨

  I originally chose Depotium without doing enough research on other storage options around Montreal, and that was a mistake on my part. The pricing was already very expensive compared to other facilities, but what really disappointed me was what happened afterward. After being a customer for over a year, instead of showing any appreciation or trying to retain a long term customer, my pricing actually increased. I reached out to management directly, explained my concerns, and even showed them comparable storage facilities in and around Montreal that were charging a fraction of the price for similar clean and easy to use units. Despite that, there was no willingness to work with me or be even remotely competitive. The facility itself was clean and straightforward to use, so I will give them credit for that. But based on the grossly inflated pricing and the complete lack of flexibility or customer consideration, I would not recommend them. I strongly suggest taking the time to research other options first because there are many storage facilities around Montreal that offer similar quality for far less money.
