- ATAswathy Mariyam ThomasJul 9, 20261.0Terrible experience with this location. Store manager gave false information on rates and policies, and accounting refused a refund. Horrible customer service. I do not recommend renting here. When I rented my unit, the store manager told me I would be eligible for a refund/credit for any unused days if I moved out early. I specifically asked about this before renting and was reassured I'd be reimbursed. Based on that, I moved out early instead of using the full month I'd already paid for. When I followed up to request my credit, I was told refunds aren't given on units with a promotional rate, a policy I was never informed of, despite directly asking beforehand. When I called to ask about this, the manager admitted she didn't actually know the policy and that's why she gave me false information. She was rude on the phone, told me I can talk to her manager and hung up on me.
