- MDMario DubeOct 7, 20265.0merci April pour l'excellent service
- KLKaran LutherSep 28, 20261.0Although I initially reserved the storage unit under an eligible promotion and submitted all required documents, I was informed the following Monday that the promotion was no longer available. I was told they could not assist because I missed a phone call, even though the only remaining step was payment. This experience has been truly disappointing, and the way the situation was communicated felt unprofessional and discourteous and their Boss was really rude! I WON"T RECOMMEND the storage here!
- RARob alSep 15, 20261.0Agressive for the payments but less inclined to give a proper customer service experience! 😔
- GMGuillaume MorinSep 14, 20263.0Rented a storage unit for about 8 months. Sign-up was easy, unit was as-described and access was easy as well. All expected from a self-storage experience, no complaints there. However, even though I emptied the unit and notified them of my departure 4 days before the next monthly renewal period, they tried to charge me for the following month. I had to highlight that their own user agreement has no minimum notice period for termination from the client and therefore owed them nothing. Thankfully, they did waive the charge. But I got as much explanation for the waive as I did for the charge attempt itself - meaning none at all. Maybe this was a mistake from the person terminating my account, I won't know as no explanation was given, but it really seems like this was an attempt at fishing for an extra payment. My advice: be aware of the entire user agreement.
