This store has no Custumer service by phone. 1 hour trying no answer. I walk into store get to counter called on location phone ringing employees three of them at their desks and floor not one picked up phone. Good luck trying to reach someone. They force you to drive to the store. Response I got from manager as I spoke to her phone still ringing asked her why no one picking up. Her response were busy when the employees at desks were just looking at me. Canceled my order never ever going back to the BRICK no mater how good there deals are. Stress and headache not worth it.

Alerte, pratique malhonnête. J’ai acheté un divan sectionnel en 2022 avec une garantie de 3 ans pouvant être crédité si non réclamation après la couverture de 3 ans. Cependant, ils ne m’ont jamais dit que j’avais 90 jours pour utiliser ce crédit à la fin du terme de 3 ans. Je n’ai pas reçu de communication non plus de leur part, bref ils se sont fait 300$ en me cachant cette information. Je n’aurais jamais pris cette garantie sachant cette information. Je vous recommande de ne jamais prendre cette protection et ou d’acheter ailleurs. Ce sont des pratiques commerciales malhonnêtes et abusives des consommateurs.

To the Corporate Customer Care Management Team,
I am writing to formally log a serious complaint regarding the appalling customer service, deceptive sales tactics, and lack of policy knowledge at your Laval location on Boulevard Corbusier. As a direct result of this experience, I have canceled my entire $2,100 washer and dryer order.
I am not seeking a refund or a retrofitted discount, as I refuse to give my business to a store that operates this way. I am demanding a formal evaluation of the staff and the store manager involved.
The details of the incident are as follows:
I was assured by a sales representative that The Brick would honor its price-match policy.
I found the exact same appliances at Canadian Appliance for $150 cheaper and provided indisputable proof.
Rather than honoring The Brick’s official 30-Day Appliance "Plus 20" Price Guarantee, the sales representative dropped the price by $154—just $4 lower than the competitor. She then claimed that because it was $4 cheaper, it "wasn't a price match" and refused to apply the required 20% difference credit.
When escalated, the store manager refused to correct this, claiming she "had never heard of" this policy.
It is deeply concerning that a store manager at a major retail chain is entirely unaware of her own company's core advertised guarantees. Manipulation of numbers by sales staff to avoid corporate policy is deceptive and unethical.
Because of their dishonesty and the worst customer service I have ever experienced, you have lost a $2,100 sale. I expect this store’s management team to be properly investigated and retrained so that future customers are not lied to or cheated out of advertised promotions.
I request a formal acknowledgment of this complaint and confirmation that action is being taken regarding the leadership at the Laval Corbusier branch.

Service après vente, médiocre. Aucun moyen de parler avec quelqu'un au téléphone, personne ne répond malgré plusieurs appels. Aucune possibilité de laisser un message. La date de livraison de ma commande a été modifiée car je n'ai pas répondu au téléphone!!! Je rappelle le lendemain, mais personne au bout de la ligne. Ma livraison du 25 juin pour 2 matelas a été reportée au 23 juillet. Je vais dormir sur quoi ???

Le produit à date est super. Vous l’avons presque payez 2000$ mais c’est de bonne qualité. Le vendeur était bien. La fille a la caisse est la raison pourquoi je ne reviendrais plus au Brick. Pourtant avoir dépenser des milliers de dollars chez vous. Elle est de nationalité haïtienne ou africaine. L’attitude dans son visage toute le long te fais penser t’es entrain de visité un prison . Elle a donner de l’attitude toute le long au vendeur et a nous. On voulait juste payé et partir donc j’en ai pas donner plus d’importance à part dire « coudons » au vendeur. Il m’a rouler les yeux comme s’il était habituer ) quelque jour plus tard je suis revenu pour me faire rembourser la cueillette de mon ancienne sofa car nous avons décidé de le garder. C’était la même fille à la caisse. Après avoir passer 10 mins avec elle , je lui ai demandé combien de temps ça allait prendre encore car j’avais mon enfant dans l’auto avec ma mère.( on m’avait dit que le remboursement pouvait ce faire au téléphone très simplement mais je ne voulais pas prendre la chance à donner mon numéro de carte donc ça m’avait confus pourquoi ça prenait autant de temps) après que je lui ai dit ce commentaire elle m’a juste regarder avec de l’attitude et elle me dit quelque minute de plus) après ça , je voyais ce qu’elle ferait sur le claivier et elle faisait par exprès pour prendre son temps rendu à exactement 32 minutes de temps que j’étais là, j’ai demandé qu’une autre personne vient de me servir, car je savais qu’il y avait quelqu’un d’autre en arrière qui travaillait avec elle. Par la suite l’autre personne est venu et je suis parti en une minute. Alors pour environ 15 minutes elle faisait juste jouer avec le clavier pour me faire perdre mon temps. Dégueulasse comme service, et le fait qu’elle travaille là ça fait quelques années et qu’elle a eu la même attitude des deux fois que je suis venu me faire montrer que votre magasin ne pense absolument pas au service à la clientèle et juste à la l’argent.
