J’ai attendu plus de 30 minutes pour un simple ajustement de prix. La dame qui me servait était débutante, ce n’est pas un problème en soi, mais elle n’était clairement pas bien accompagnée. On la voyait constamment faire des allers-retours pour demander la procédure, sans réel soutien de ses supérieurs.
Un meilleur encadrement du personnel aurait rendu l’expérience beaucoup plus agréable.

Terrible customer service, manger with purple hair is so rude.
At the time of purchase everyone is so nice and smiley but when it actually comes for a time of a return they barely speak to you or even help you.
Bought a coffee table before installing it I realised it is too heavy, went back to the store to return it. No one helped, decided to teach me a life lesson about what happens to return furniture and the customer service manager with purple hair treated us like we were invisible. This all happened without even telling us that there is no return possible

My husband & I purchased a couch today form Jean-Charles Brunet. We actually went in yesterday to look at it and got greeted with a smile, great customer service and zero pressure at all. We felt comfortable to shop at ease and were so pleased that Mr. Jean- Charles wasn't pushy at all the way some salesman could be, we returned today and bought it. Highly recommend dealing with him, what a pleasure!

Honestly, the guys were very efficient and got all the appliances in and installed as per contract. The only reason it is not a “5” rating is that they said they would NOT take the old washer (they took the old stove/oven and dryer) as they said the washer still had water in it and, as a result, was too heavy for them to bring to the ground floor of my apartment building. When I looked into the washer drum, the drum had no water in it and was dry. I’m not sure where the water would be as below the drum, I believe, is the electronics and spin mechanism. End result, I have the old washer in my kitchen and have no way to get it down to the ground floor and out of my building. I’m happy with my new appliances but disappointed that they were not able to take the washer.

If you see an old man with long grey hair and glasses, go ask for another worker Immediately! My mother and I visited this store hoping to calmly browse mattresses and ask questions before making a decision. Unfortunately, our experience with the manager of this place. He was extremely disappointing. From the moment he approached us, his tone was aggressive and condescending. Instead of allowing us to speak or simply browse, he repeatedly interrupted us and began lecturing us about sales, money, and how customers should shop.
What made the situation worse was the way he spoke about people who take time to think about pricing before making a purchase, implying that they were “stupid.” As customers, we felt judged, belittled, and very uncomfortable. Buying a mattress is an important and expensive decision, and customers should never be pressured or mocked for wanting to compare options.
The interaction ended very unprofessionally when, as we were leaving, he sarcastically told us to “go buy cheap and uncomfortable mattresses.” That comment alone showed a complete lack of respect and customer service.
We came into the store expecting professionalism and guidance, but instead left feeling insulted and disrespected. I truly cannot believe that such person is allowed to be a manager of this store.

Yes. You may cancel your order by visiting any Brick location. Purchases made online and in store are refundable at any time prior to product delivery or pick up. Refunds are made only to the same credit or debit card used to pay for the order. Cash payments will be refunded to a debit card or via cheque and mailed to the person who paid for the order. Deposits on Special Order items are non-refundable.
Can I get my deposit refunded in cash if I paid in cash?
Unfortunately, not every Brick store will have enough cash on hand or the exact dollar amount required to refund your deposit in cash. We're happy to refund cash payments to a debit card, or via a cheque made out to the individual listed on the invoice.

Our Premium Delivery Service is available in most areas. For areas not served by The Brick's delivery team, we contract third-party courier and shipping companies.
