  I bought two things from here. One was a cute little filing cabinet that was super easy to assemble fit exactly my needs. The second was the Cardiff bedframe. Whoever designed that bed should be fired. And whoever decided that driving giant screws into inside corners needs to be arrested and sent to solitary prison.

  I purchased a mattress from JYSK approximately three years ago. Unfortunately, I no longer have the original receipt. When I contacted customer service regarding a significant loss of support and sagging in the middle of the mattress, my warranty claim was denied because I could not provide the receipt. I then visited the store and was informed that they could not locate my purchase information because their system had been changed and older records were no longer available. I am very disappointed with both the quality of the mattress and the warranty process. After only a few years, the mattress developed serious support issues that have caused discomfort and back pain. In my experience, the product quality did not meet expectations, and the warranty support was not helpful when purchase records were unavailable due to system changes. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend JYSK mattresses. I hope if there is lower than one star

  The floor manager was extremely rude and unprofessional. He provided inaccurate information regarding store policy and addressed us in a disrespectful manner. Due to this poor customer service experience, I would not recommend visiting this branch.

  Loved my experience at Jysk Ste Dorothy and I always do when I go. The customer service is always on point. During my last visit I wanted to revamp the decor of my patio but wished to keep the same set. I asked for help as I have no design skills and by far no eye for decoration. The young man, Samuel, assisted while we waited for Gabriella to start her shift and help. He told me she has great skills in design, he sure didn’t lie! I had a small vision of what I wanted but did’t believe it can come to life as I have a small deck. Gabriella made is all happen under 36 mins! Love my new look for the summer! Thanks Gabriella and Samuel!!
