On a investi un montant important chez eux récemment, pensant avoir l'esprit tranquille avec leur service de livraison et d'installation. Résultat ? Une immense déception et un manque de professionnalisme total.
Non seulement le travail n'est pas fait, mais la mauvaise foi est au rendez-vous :
Pour le lit : Les installateurs ont carrément menti pour éviter de travailler, inventant que la chambre était déjà encombrée par d'autres lits (qui n'existent même pas !).
Pour le lave-vaisselle : L'installateur est reparti sans finir le travail, prétendant qu'il manquait des pièces.
C'est totalement inacceptable de traiter des clients de la sorte après des achats majeurs. On paie pour un service clé en main et on se retrouve avec des boîtes au milieu de la maison et des excuses bidon.
On ne recommande pas du tout leur service d'installation. Pensez-y à deux fois avant de faire affaire avec eux !

Adam m'a conseillé sur les tables à manger et m'a assisté tout au long de ma visite. Il s'est montré très attentif et disponible dès que j'ai eu besoin de plus d'information. Il était très dévoué à trouver des solutions par rapport à mes besoins et mon budget. Si je reviens à la succursale, je m'assurerais de passer le bonjour

It’s the delivery that fell a little short. I was very stressed that they took the appliances out of the box before bringing them up to my apartment. The washer, dryer and range were left on the road without any protection underneath. Although they were being careful, it was a big risk for damage without the packaging. Also there was heavy rain during my delivery. My washer and dryer made it up before the rain began, however my stove was drenched and filled with water. I had to remove all the elements and wipe everything dry to get all the water off. I had to wait 24 hours before plugging it in.

He took the time to listen to my concerns, worked diligently to resolve an issue I was experiencing, and ensured I was completely satisfied with the outcome. Not only did he solve the problem, but he also provided me with a great deal on a couch.

Can I cancel my order and get a refund?
Yes. You may cancel your order by visiting any Brick location. Purchases made online and in store are refundable at any time prior to product delivery or pick up. Refunds are made only to the same credit or debit card used to pay for the order. Cash payments will be refunded to a debit card or via cheque and mailed to the person who paid for the order. Deposits on Special Order items are non-refundable.
Can I get my deposit refunded in cash if I paid in cash?
Unfortunately, not every Brick store will have enough cash on hand or the exact dollar amount required to refund your deposit in cash. We're happy to refund cash payments to a debit card, or via a cheque made out to the individual listed on the invoice.

An extended warranty can be added during the purchase process in store or online. Or if you've already completed an online order and decided you want to add a warranty, you can visit a Brick store to purchase a warranty up to 30 days after receiving your product. You can add a warranty to a product during the first step of the online checkout process. When you check out, you'll be asked if you want to add a warranty to each eligible product. You can either select 'Protect All Products' at the top of the warranty section, or specify which level of coverage you want for each individual product. When you have selected the preferred warranty for your item(s), click the 'Continue' button in the lower right corner of the page to continue with the checkout process. Where does The Brick deliver?
Our Premium Delivery Service is available in most areas. For areas not served by The Brick's delivery team, we contract third-party courier and shipping companies. Some products can also be shipped via Canada Post's shipping service. The Brick does not currently deliver or ship to anywhere in the United States, and online transactions from American customers cannot be accepted at this time.
