Livraison d’une laveuse, sécheuse et d’un lave vaisselle planifier aujourd’hui. Ils sont venu à l’entrée de mon condo, on attendu 15 minutes et sont partis. Ils n’ont jamais sonner à l’entrée du bâtiment pour me prévenir de leur arrivée et on juste signalé que personne n’était à la maison. Je vie au 3ième étage, comment suis-je sensée être consciente de leur arrivée si personne ne sonne mon logement. Ils ont appeler mon conjoint qui est au travail pour mentionner qu’ils étaient déjà partis. Ils n’ont pas appeler lors de leur arriver, seulement lors de leur départ. J’ai immédiatement appeler The Brick, on ma dit qu’il allait appeler les livreurs et me rappeler immédiatement, sa fait plus d’une heure et aucune nouvelle. J’ai dût prendre une journée de congé pour être présente, pour au final, ne pas avoir de nouvelles, ni mes électroménagers. Déjà que nous avons dût attendre 3 semaines depuis la date de notre achat pour pouvoir avoir notre date de livraison, finalement, se sera encore plus long et je devrai prendre encore congé. Très insatisfaite du service reçu.

Ça doit être une blague.
J'ai appercu qu'il y avait une vente sur les produits Bosch (qu'on cherchait) et donc appeler pour faire l'achat de 5 électros Bosch 800. J'ai donner les numéros d'items exacts au représentant, ça a prit 10 minutes faire la vente d'environ ~11-12k$. Paiement fait dans la même heure, on a notre journée de livraison, tout est beau.
La commande a été passée en Mars. Il y a du retard sur la production de 1-2 morceaux sur la commande, on fini par les recevoir le fin avril. On essaie d'appeler au service à la clientèle pour expliquer le problème et parler à Vincent (qui s'est occupé de la vente) à plusieurs reprises, pour se faire dire environ 6-7 fois (sans blague) qu'il est en pause et de rappeler plus tard. On rapelle dans les prochains jours à des heures différentes pour se faire dire la même chose chaque fois.
Le 3 Mai, on envoie un email pour dire que le lave vaisselle à un défaut avec la porte et doit être remplacé. Ils renvoient un appel et email de confirmation pour dire que le nouveau lave vaisselle serait echangé le 20 Mai.
3 fois par la suite nous avons appeler à savoir quand est-ce nous allions finalement le recevoir.
8 Juillet est la nouvelle date de l'échange et on vient de se faire dire encore qu'ils avaient pas booker l'échange avec le transporteur et se faisons dire de venir le chercher sur place.
On appelle pour parler à Vincent afin d'expliquer que c'est pas à nous d'avoir à aller le chercher et devienz quoi, il n'est pas au magasin.
Recontacte le magasin et on s'est fait dire qu'ils nous contacteraient après avoir parler au directeur.
Évidemment, le service des ventes est bien fonctionnel et le service après-vente complètement innacceptable.

We bought a microwave from them, it was too big, so we went to return it or exchange it. We told no, there was no return policy. when we were shopping in the store, the sales rep never mentioned that there was no returns allowed. My husband went to talk to customer service and he was told that he should have checked their website for the return policy. Why on earth would we check the website, when we shopping in the store. Contacted their Head office, they said would look in too it, and someone would contact us. All that happened was someone from the store called us and when we answered they hung up! Then we got an email from them saying basically too bad we're not going to do anything for you. Well that's just fine, I definitely will never recommend The Brick to anyone. And I will be purchasing the remaining items I need to furnish my new home somewhere else. Also, going ensure my son who also needs to buy furniture to definitely buy elsewhere. Customer service doesn't exist at The Brick. Worst customer service I have ever received.😡

Nous avons faite affaire avec le représentant Jose Alberto au Brick de Gatineau. Il nous a donné un service hors pair. Il a écouté à tous nos besoins et nous a dirigé vers les fournitures que nous avions besoins. Super bon service et il a tout fait pour que nous ayons le meilleur prix. Customer service at The Brick in Gatineau was unacceptable. After purchasing several items with a scheduled delivery date, the store failed to follow through on their commitment to contact us. Without any notice, our delivery date was pushed back.
It appears the same items were sold to another customer, and our order was effectively deprioritised without our knowledge. When we raised this issue, staff acknowledged the problem and attempted to correct it, but were unable to do so.
In effect, the store oversold inventory and placed us at the back of the delivery queue. This demonstrates poor inventory management and a lack of accountability to customers.
Based on this experience, I would strongly advise against purchasing from The Brick in Gatineau.

Can I cancel my order and get a refund?
Yes. You may cancel your order by visiting any Brick location. Purchases made online and in store are refundable at any time prior to product delivery or pick up. Refunds are made only to the same credit or debit card used to pay for the order. Cash payments will be refunded to a debit card or via cheque and mailed to the person who paid for the order. Deposits on Special Order items are non-refundable.
Can I get my deposit refunded in cash if I paid in cash?
Unfortunately, not every Brick store will have enough cash on hand or the exact dollar amount required to refund your deposit in cash. We're happy to refund cash payments to a debit card, or via a cheque made out to the individual listed on the invoice.

An extended warranty can be added during the purchase process in store or online. Where does The Brick deliver?
Our Premium Delivery Service is available in most areas. For areas not served by The Brick's delivery team, we contract third-party courier and shipping companies. The Brick does not currently deliver or ship to anywhere in the United States, and online transactions from American customers cannot be accepted at this time.
