  0 Star for their service, we bought sofa in march 2026 and when they delivered 1 piece was damaged and i went same day to let them know they offered me leon credit for that instead of replacing and sending inspector, i spent $4000 on sofa and just for $100 credit i will accept that damage piece.. i told them i need to replace it.. they orderd same month and said it will be delivered in 2 months and its july now i called them and they said they ordered and it is taking long.. why this store gurrante for replacement when they don’t keep an extra material in store.. WORSE EXPERIENCE..

  i do not recommend for purchasing furniture here !!! i bought sofa from leon i spent 5500$ on sofa 1 piece is damaged when they delivered i go there right away and tell them they said now its gonna take 2-3 month for one piece i’m keeping broken sofa at my place from 5 months disgusting

  Mariana served us for our recent bed and mattress purchase - and we were incredibly impressed by her professional , knowledgeable and friendly manner - tbh we had no intention of finalizing this purchase tonight but she made us very comfortable with our decision - highly highly recommend her !!!!

  Superbe expérience ! Je suis allée au Magasin Léon à Dorval il y a une semaine. Les vendeurs étaient extraordinaires: ils ont fait en sorte de trouver différentes parties du Canapé qui n’était plus en stock avant septembre. Résultat: ils m’ont promis que j’aurais le canapé vendredi 3 juillet: ils n’ont pas menti ! Nous sommes aujourd’hui le 3 et mon canapé est là. En bonus, les livreurs l’ont même installé et je les remercie car ça aurait été trop lourd pour moi. Superbe expérience, merci à vous !

  I'm so upset with this place I bought a washing machine I chat all day with a few agents online to book me an apt for installation no pick up the phone!!!! It's a robot 🤖 then goes to voicemail great system for 2026 then the chat agent are a disaster each are giving me wrang information this is the last time I will ever buy from this store !!! I have to run now to Laudry place plus it take a week for a technician to come 150 the hour and no one can call me to make the payment ridiculous!!! And the rude women hung up on my face Léon Dorval really worst experience in my life !!!!! Never again will I come here !
