    We got a TV stand from this place. Upon assembly, we observed many deficiencies in the wood. Be careful buying from Leon's since they sell defective wooden products!

    Do not buy from here , as the deliver truck drove away and I untapped my stove the door was defective- I called Leon’s right away - made me go through Samsung service Still waiting weeks with no stove - other places like Home Depot will exchange or refund in a case like this unacceptable!!!

    I had a very disappointing experience at this store yesterday. The customer service was extremely poor. The staff were rude, dismissive, and clearly uninterested in helping. I asked a few simple questions about products, but instead of getting assistance, I was met with short, unfriendly responses and a lack of basic courtesy. It felt like they didn’t care about customers at all. No one made an effort to guide me, explain options, or even show basic professionalism. For a store of this size, I expected much better treatment. I will not be returning, and I would not recommend this store to anyone looking for helpful or respectful customer service

    Having bought a mattress months ago at Leons I had realized that it was too firm for my back and decided to exchange it for a softer model . At the same time I underwent a medical crisis which prevented me from dealing with this problem .When I did visit the store and xeplained my situation to Carol , Ange and the salesperson , they were very understanding and agreed to exchange it for a softer model even though my trial period with the mattress had expired. I couldnt have been more appreciative and thankful. Delivery guys also very polite , punctual and clean ... they took back my firm mattress , unwrapped the new one and put it in place .... Classy customer service from beginning to end ..... A big thank you to everyone at Leons ....

    Terrible service , terrible quality of return, terrible all in all managers , no sales reps on the floor no manager wants to answer when calling they decide to let the phone ring and I tested it out being in store and watching absolutely ridiculous, I thought managers were supposed to be one up from regular employees but instead they're worst here , I had furniture delivered broken and they decided to tell me its either I keep it and get a discount or wait till someone comes to review the damage, there's a damn hole on the couch why would I want a repair when paying 3000$ on a couch , all in all this whole process was ridiculous and no went to complain and they just laugh about the situation rather than fixing it , I called day after day to fix the situation and no call backs or they'd say I'll call you back but never touch the phone , all I asked for was some sort of compensation, it took weeks to figure this out but my time isn't worth there's as the way I see it , if someone goes to Leon's I just want you to know if you go through the same process good luck , I don't know if its just this Leon's but I wouldnt even give them my services anymore, making sure my family and friends don't either when paying a big amount of money with zero respect . If Leon's contacts me back I want some good compensation for all this frustration after spending minimum 2 weeks calling and calling. If a manager says anything like im lying, its all there cameras about this whole process . Thank you for listening!
