  Je suis allé chez RONA aujourd’hui pour acheter un article, mais rendu à la caisse, on m’a dit que les machines ne fonctionnaient pas et que je pouvais seulement payer comptant. Honnêtement, c’est une perte de temps et d’essence. Ça aurait été apprécié que les employés avertissent les clients en entrant, au lieu de nous laisser chercher des articles pour rien. Très décevant comme expérience.

  Abdullatif is an amazing employee, he helped me solving the problem that I had during exchanging a product with another while another employee refused to help me by opening the garden section telling me that it’s closed, because I don’t speak French 😓 Abdullatif stayed with me until I found what I was looking for

  From now on, I'm only going to this store if I know exactly what I have to get and where I can find it. Otherwise, I'll take my business elsewhere, there's not enough staff to help out, and the staff available is not very knowledgeable - recently I had to return to the store in two occasions too exchange items because I was recommended the wrong one. Today I abandoned a cart half full because I had to ask about a product and there was almost none in the store to help, and a staff member avoided me twice - over because they were already helping a customer (fair enough) and when he was done, he moved away instead of helping me out. No wonder the store is apparatus empty, when on Saturdays.
