Mauvais service, manque de respect total et aucune considération pour leurs client.es. On ne nous livre pas notre lave-vaisselle à la date convenue, on s’entend verbalement pour un dédommagement qu’on prétend ne jamais avoir donné par la suite et on indique qu’on installera l’électroménager le jour de sa livraison, pour finalement nous dire qu’on nous rappellera pour planifier une installation mais « on ne sait pas quand ». Quand on paie plus de 3 000 $ une facture chez un détaillant, on s’attend à obtenir ne serait-ce qu’un minimum de service après-vente. C’est la dernière fois que je fais affaire chez Brick, et pas seulement à Boisbriand.

Bought a dryer and the date was always pushed back by a week so I had to change for an item in stock. I bought the ventilation tube for the back of the dryer and paid cash. Unfortunately the attached did not fit between the dryer and the wall. When I brought it back a few weeks later I was told that I only had 7 days for returns. No where in the store is the refund policy written , nor is it written on the receipt I got. I was rudely told by the manager that I should have looked at the email that is sent after purchase.
Absolutely ridiculous.
I was going to purchases a television afterwards but I will take my business to another store.

Le 14 juin je me suis fait livré un frigo Samsung. Les lumière allume sauf qu’il ne deviens pas froid.
Le 18 juin un nouveau frigo est livrée et le même problème.
On me dit que c’est impossible que ça arrive que ça doit être mon courant le problèmes. Le frigo allume donc ce n’est pas un problème de courant.
On m’envoi faire une demande en ligne sur brick pour que la demande soit envoyée à Samsung et le lien ne marche pas.
En magasin je demande qu’il le fasse mais refuse.
Sur la facture c’est indiqué “nous sommes fiers de vous servir par l’entremise de nos produits de marque et de notre équipe de vente et de notre service dévoue”
On repassera pour le dévoué
Dommage car mon vendeur était excellent et répondais très bien à nos questions il a même pris la peine de m’appeler quand il a su que j’avais un problème avec le frigo le 15 juin

Very disappointing experience at The Brick on June 20.
We visited the store intending to shop for furniture, but the customer service completely ruined the experience. The middle-aged sales representative, sitting at the desk in front of the reception area, was dismissive and unhelpful, and seemed irritated whenever we asked questions.
What made the situation even more frustrating was that although he appeared to understand English, he was unwilling to communicate with us in English or make any effort to assist us. Instead of helping customers feel welcome, he made us feel as though we were bothering him simply by asking for assistance.
Because of this experience, we stopped looking at furniture and left the store. Customer service should encourage customers to stay and shop, not make them walk out the door.
We ended up taking our business elsewhere. A single employee’s attitude was enough to cost the store a potential sale and leave a very negative impression.

Pire expérience client de ma vie. J’ai acheté un réfrigérateur et un congélateur lors de leur « vente sous la tente » le 25 avril. Le vendeur a fait la facture à la main en accumulant les erreurs, et la gestion qui a suivi par la direction a été une catastrophe totale.
Pour camoufler leur erreur de prix, le magasin a délibérément retardé la commande de mes appareils pour attendre qu’ils tombent en promotion chez leur fournisseur, rendant la date de livraison promise impossible à respecter. Pire encore, ils ont omis de séparer mes articles sur le bon de livraison, ce qui a failli bloquer la livraison de mon congélateur.
Aujourd'hui, on m'annonce simplement que le réfrigérateur est discontinué. Quand j'essaie de régler la situation, le directeur des ventes, William Vincent, refuse catégoriquement de me parler au téléphone et se cache derrière des courriels génériques.
Dossier officiellement ouvert à l'Office de la protection du consommateur (OPC). Magasin à fuir absolument, aucun professionnalisme ni respect pour les clients.

Can I cancel my order and get a refund?
Yes. You may cancel your order by visiting any Brick location. Purchases made online and in store are refundable at any time prior to product delivery or pick up. Refunds are made only to the same credit or debit card used to pay for the order. Cash payments will be refunded to a debit card or via cheque and mailed to the person who paid for the order. Deposits on Special Order items are non-refundable.
Can I get my deposit refunded in cash if I paid in cash?
Unfortunately, not every Brick store will have enough cash on hand or the exact dollar amount required to refund your deposit in cash. We're happy to refund cash payments to a debit card, or via a cheque made out to the individual listed on the invoice.

An extended warranty can be added during the purchase process in store or online. Or if you've already completed an online order and decided you want to add a warranty, you can visit a Brick store to purchase a warranty up to 30 days after receiving your product. You can add a warranty to a product during the first step of the online checkout process. When you check out, you'll be asked if you want to add a warranty to each eligible product. You can either select 'Protect All Products' at the top of the warranty section, or specify which level of coverage you want for each individual product. When you have selected the preferred warranty for your item(s), click the 'Continue' button in the lower right corner of the page to continue with the checkout process. Where does The Brick deliver?
Our Premium Delivery Service is available in most areas. For areas not served by The Brick's delivery team, we contract third-party courier and shipping companies. Some products can also be shipped via Canada Post's shipping service. The Brick does not currently deliver or ship to anywhere in the United States, and online transactions from American customers cannot be accepted at this time.
