Fast, Easy, and Great Value at The Brick!
Had another fantastic experience at The Brick! I went in looking for a new king mattress and was out the door in under 20 minutes. As usual, the customer service was top-notch, and the pricing was excellent. Smooth, quick, and hassle-free—highly recommend!

Extremely disrespectful staff at Service à la Clientèle. The behaviour was rude, unprofessional, and completely unacceptable. My questions were not properly answered, and I was made to feel as though I was bothering them simply by asking for assistance.
The staff member named Sandrine was particularly unpleasant to deal with. Her attitude, tone, and lack of willingness to answer basic questions made the entire experience extremely frustrating.
Customers deserve to be treated with basic respect and professionalism. Very disappointing experience. Management should seriously look into the way customers are being treated.

I strongly regret purchasing our appliances from The Brick.
On July 28, we purchased ALL of the appliances for our new condo. We dealt with Joanne, and we clearly agreed on delivery for August 6, because we were receiving our condo on August 5.
After the purchase, we were suddenly told that the washer and dryer would not be delivered until August 28.
When we questioned this, we were eventually told that these appliances were a “special order” from Maytag made specifically for us.
The problem? WE NEVER AGREED TO A MAYTAG SPECIAL ORDER.
Had we been told this at the time of purchase, we would have simply chosen an IN-STOCK Samsung or LG model. We were never given the choice.
We repeatedly called the store trying to get answers. After days of trying to reach Joanne, we finally got an explanation — but no real solution.
It gets worse.
We NEVER received a detailed invoice by email. Yet when we went to the store, customer service claimed there was a “note” on our bill saying that we had agreed to the late delivery.
We absolutely did NOT agree to this.
We never signed anything agreeing to this. We were never shown this condition. We were never told about it. And we never received the supposed detailed bill containing this note.
On top of that, we noticed approximately $800 in additional charges on our Flexiti financing that were not properly explained to us.
We went IN PERSON to the store to resolve everything. We spent approximately ONE HOUR speaking with Michelle and Joanne.
And the answer we kept getting?
“I can’t help you. You have to wait.”
That is completely unacceptable customer service.
We did not spend thousands of dollars at The Brick just to be told AFTER the purchase that products were supposedly special orders we never agreed to, that delivery dates had supposedly been accepted when they weren’t, and that unexplained charges appeared on our financing.
The biggest problem here is not a simple delivery delay. It is the lack of transparency, the lack of documentation, the alleged agreement that we dispute, the unexplained $800 charge, and the complete refusal to take responsibility and find a solution.
A customer should NEVER have to fight this hard to understand what they actually purchased.
We are now escalating this matter and filing a complaint with the Office de la protection du consommateur.
If you are shopping at The Brick, DO NOT rely on verbal promises. Get every model, delivery date, charge and condition in writing before you leave the store. Check your financing carefully. And make sure you actually receive your complete invoice.
For us, what should have been an exciting purchase for our new home turned into an exhausting and completely unacceptable experience.
Very disappointed. Very frustrated. And absolutely not the level of service expected after making such a large purchase.
Our return policy differs based on the item you purchase. Check the Satisfaction Guarantee page on our website for full details.
I found a lower price on an item I purchased last week. Do you have a price guarantee?
Absolutely. If you find the same brand and model currently advertised at a lower price by The Brick or a competitor within 30 days of pick up or delivery, then we'll refund you the difference. Some conditions apply. Check the Price Guarantee page on our website for full details.
Can I cancel my order and get a refund?
Yes. You may cancel your order by visiting any Brick location. Purchases made online and in store are refundable at any time prior to product delivery or pick up. Refunds are made only to the same credit or debit card used to pay for the order. Cash payments will be refunded to a debit card or via cheque and mailed to the person who paid for the order. Deposits on Special Order items are non-refundable.
Can I get my deposit refunded in cash if I paid in cash?
Unfortunately, not every Brick store will have enough cash on hand or the exact dollar amount required to refund your deposit in cash. We're happy to refund cash payments to a debit card, or via a cheque made out to the individual listed on the invoice.

How do I add an extended warranty to my product?
An extended warranty can be added during the purchase process in store or online. Or if you've already completed an online order and decided you want to add a warranty, you can visit a Brick store to purchase a warranty up to 30 days after receiving your product. You can add a warranty to a product during the first step of the online checkout process. When you check out, you'll be asked if you want to add a warranty to each eligible product. You can either select 'Protect All Products' at the top of the warranty section, or specify which level of coverage you want for each individual product. When you have selected the preferred warranty for your item(s), click the 'Continue' button in the lower right corner of the page to continue with the checkout process. Check our Warranties and Protection Plans page for full details or discuss your options with a sales consultant in your local Brick store.
