- SPSebastian PabonAug 21, 20261.0First i would like to mention the staff at the store are great people. Paul and Cole super great guys , but the management are useless. i rented a unit in 2024, and on Auguste 9 , there was a major flood. My unit was flooded, and everything inside the unit was dameged. I paid for the insurance they provide when you rent a unit, which covers exactly this type of situation. I did all the processes that depotium asked me to do : i took pictures of all the damaged items and their prices , sent everything to their email, and was told that i would receive a call from the insurance company. i never received a single call from them. I have visited Depotium more than 20 times its always the same thing that they are looking at it and i will receive a call. Cole gave me the phone number of George Kedelarian (director) and never answer calls or call me back. Two years of nothing but BS. They charge you for a service that they never provide.
