Products are ok, customer service 1/5. First, we were told that the delivery should take place on a certain day, then three weeks later day called to tell us there was no delivery scheduled at all. When they finally managed to start the delivery, the delivery person left without being willing to wait for five minutes. You will waste more time with dealing with their delivery/admin team then using the actual item you buy (regardless of the amount of money you spend there). Just avoid.

Service à la clientèle absolument horrible. Aucun suivi, aucune communication et des employés désagréables du début à la fin.
J’attendais la livraison d’un lave-vaisselle pendant qu’un plombier ($$) était déjà sur place à attendre pour l'installation. J’ai dû prendre des journées de congé pour être présente pour une livraison qui n’est jamais arrivée, sans aucune nouvelle ni appel de leur part.
Ensuite, on m’a promis un remboursement en succursale. Je me déplace encore une fois, je perds encore du temps et une autre journée de congé… pour finalement me faire dire qu’il n’y aura pas de remboursement et que je dois encore attendre la livraison du lave-vaisselle que je ne veux même plus, puisque j’ai dû me débrouiller autrement à cause de leur manque total de professionnalisme.
Franchement, expérience catastrophique. Je ne recommande absolument pas Brick.

Très mauvaise expérience et refus de rembourser le lave-vaisselle pas encore livré. Petits passe-passes et écriture en bas de page, service à la clientèle impoli mais m’ont fait venir sur place pour le remboursement et sur place m’ont dit qu’ils me rembourseront pas. Gérant qui n’écoute pas dutout et impoli aussi. J’ai pris pas mal de jours de congés à date pour la supposée livraison et aller en succursale pour le promis remboursement.Finalement,j’aurai 2 lave-vaisselles dans un appartement à cause d’eux.(quand ils vont le livrer….)Jamais je n’achèterai à nouveau avec eux!

Vendeur et livreurs très gentils et professionnels. Mon achat, un fauteuil inclinable avec recouvrement en tissu.
Mon erreur, j'aurais dû insister pour savoir comment procéder pour voir un échantillon du tissu pour vérifier la couleur avant de commander, car la photo seulement, c' est nettement insuffisant. Je suis déçue de la couleur qui ne va pas du tout avec mes autres meubles et la décoration de mon salon.
J'ai consulté le site de Brick satisfaction au client et comme je m' y attendais, il n'y a rien concernant la déception suite à un achat que j' ai choisi moi-même de faire lorsque l'article est conforme à ce qui a été commandé.
Mais sincèrement, si j'avais pu voir l'échantillon tissu avant, je n'aurais pas commandé cet article.
À vous qui me lisez, ne faites pas la même erreur que moi !

Très mauvaise expérience au magasin d’Anjou. J’avais reçu une confirmation pour le ramassage de ma commande, mais une fois sur place, on m’a informé que la boîte était vide et qu’il fallait aller à un autre centre de ramassage. La dame sur place a même mentionné que ce n’était pas son problème ni celui du magasinier, sans présenter d’excuses. Aucun effort réel pour aider ni même fournir clairement l’adresse du centre. Je me suis finalement déplacé pour rien puisque le centre était déjà fermé. Service très décevant et perte de temps inutile.

Can I cancel my order and get a refund?
Yes. You may cancel your order by visiting any Brick location. Purchases made online and in store are refundable at any time prior to product delivery or pick up. Refunds are made only to the same credit or debit card used to pay for the order. Cash payments will be refunded to a debit card or via cheque and mailed to the person who paid for the order. Deposits on Special Order items are non-refundable.
Can I get my deposit refunded in cash if I paid in cash?
Unfortunately, not every Brick store will have enough cash on hand or the exact dollar amount required to refund your deposit in cash. We're happy to refund cash payments to a debit card, or via a cheque made out to the individual listed on the invoice.

An extended warranty can be added during the purchase process in store or online. Or if you've already completed an online order and decided you want to add a warranty, you can visit a Brick store to purchase a warranty up to 30 days after receiving your product. You can add a warranty to a product during the first step of the online checkout process. When you check out, you'll be asked if you want to add a warranty to each eligible product. You can either select 'Protect All Products' at the top of the warranty section, or specify which level of coverage you want for each individual product. When you have selected the preferred warranty for your item(s), click the 'Continue' button in the lower right corner of the page to continue with the checkout process. Our Premium Delivery Service is available in most areas. For areas not served by The Brick's delivery team, we contract third-party courier and shipping companies.
