I ordered washer and dryer over a month (June 2026) before the date of delivery to my new home (which I asked for, and they did confirm it). Day comes, and they tell me there is a delay but will be delivered by the 9th of july (4 days after the initial delivery date). Now it's delayed (again) for another 10 days without any guarantee from The Brick that it will arrive on that day.
When you order and fully pay for it to be delivered, you are Reserving that product. I don't understand the purpose of purchasing in advance, giving a date, have it confirmed, and then The Brick having no idea of when the item will be delivered.
I don't have a washer & dryer - I had bought all appliances (from the Brick) for the purpose to have it ready within a week of my move in date. Now it's up in the air.
I have spoken with them via phone several times, and their solution is "You can cancel it and purchase another product" (Yet, there's no guarantee that that product will be delivered on time, and NO, I want the product that I purchased), or "just wait and check every day."
Btw, they delivered a brand new stove to me with a cracked oven top (They said they will replace it by July 10 ... I have no guarantee on when it will arrive, just like my washer and dryer).
Still waiting ...
I am very unsatisfied with The Brick's customer Service, lack of response, and their lack of solving the issue.

Le personnel est parfait et gentil. Les livreurs ont été adorables et aidants. Le seul problème est qu'on m'avait téléphoné deux jours d'avance pour me dire qu'on passerait entre 8 heures et midi alors j'ai organisé mon horaire puis le jour même, la livraison a eu lieu à 18h15 exactement. C'est juste de la mauvaise planification de votre part. On aurait dû me téléphoné et me dire qu'on passerait en après-midi, j'aurais organisé mon horaire selon ce scénario. J'ai donc manqué un souper de famille.

Très satisfaite du choix de mes electros grâce aux conseils et au professionnalisme du vendeur Mourad T. J’ai reçu ma commande le 13 juin. Tout s’est bien déroulé: les livreurs Haroun et son collègue étaient très sympathiques et de vrais professionnels. Ils ont été très vigilants lors de la manipulation des électroménagers afin de ne pas maganer le parquet.

Si vous décidez d’acheter quelque chose chez Brick, assurez-vous de ne PAS prendre la guarantie car elle sert à absolument rien. Lorsqu’ils n’arrivent pas à réparer l’électroménager, ils vous offrent un montant ridicule comparé à ce que vous avez payé. Allez d’abord regarder tous les autres commentaires de leur garantie King and state avant de faire cette dépense inutile. Brick fait tout pour vous la vendre et après c’est à vous de vous débrouiller quand ça ne va pas.

Can I cancel my order and get a refund?
Yes. You may cancel your order by visiting any Brick location. Purchases made online and in store are refundable at any time prior to product delivery or pick up. Refunds are made only to the same credit or debit card used to pay for the order. Cash payments will be refunded to a debit card or via cheque and mailed to the person who paid for the order. Deposits on Special Order items are non-refundable.
Can I get my deposit refunded in cash if I paid in cash?
Unfortunately, not every Brick store will have enough cash on hand or the exact dollar amount required to refund your deposit in cash. We're happy to refund cash payments to a debit card, or via a cheque made out to the individual listed on the invoice.

How do I add an extended warranty to my product?
An extended warranty can be added during the purchase process in store or online. Or if you've already completed an online order and decided you want to add a warranty, you can visit a Brick store to purchase a warranty up to 30 days after receiving your product. You can add a warranty to a product during the first step of the online checkout process. When you check out, you'll be asked if you want to add a warranty to each eligible product. You can either select 'Protect All Products' at the top of the warranty section, or specify which level of coverage you want for each individual product. When you have selected the preferred warranty for your item(s), click the 'Continue' button in the lower right corner of the page to continue with the checkout process. Where does The Brick deliver?
Our Premium Delivery Service is available in most areas. For areas not served by The Brick's delivery team, we contract third-party courier and shipping companies. Some products can also be shipped via Canada Post's shipping service. The Brick does not currently deliver or ship to anywhere in the United States, and online transactions from American customers cannot be accepted at this time.
