I tried my best explaining to one of the staff members if they had plants that don’t need sun or light & i guess i should have had a picture with me on hand because the worker said all the plants here do that. but she said it in such a tone. when my dad would talk to me i heard her sigh out like she wanted us to leave her alone. that already had me holding back from arguing with her .. she was a woman with very short hair and glasses very very rude. Not only did she ignore my dad but i did NOT like the way she treated at us I NEVER write negative reviews but how hard is it to be kind for quick interactions. it’s not personal it’s your job.

But no one even acknowledges it. After 15 minutes of waiting with my toddler, I asked someone at the front customer service desk. She simply responded “I don’t know where the guy is, sorry” Didn’t even try to contact someone or try to help. It’s easier to go directly to Sherwin Williams for now on.

It appears that I’ve been charged multiple times for an order. How can I resolve this?
These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order. For orders with longer lead times, your method of payment will be reauthorized to ensure funds remain available until your item is shipped. If you observe multiple pending authorizations, please contact your financial institution as each bank’s policies differ on how long authorizations are held.
