BUT that's not even the half of it... now I'm out much more than that as he left my vehicle's lock looking like this (zoom in to see what I'm talking about) ... with a missing faceplate. When I had my husband call him he told my husband that it must have happened after he left. And that somebody must have broken into the car and that's why it was that way. when that wasn't even possible as we literally watched him leave the parking lot and we never left the vehicle until our issue was resolved, not even one time. Not only is this unprofessional it's disgusting to say the least. If I knew how to get him fired I would, instead I warn everyone not to get services by this company.
