I go into pro services to pick up and order for a customer. 6 employees standing there not helping, I mention that which makes it worse. Once 1 lady was able to help, 4 of them start loading my order, incorrectly. Putting 8' boards in a shopping cart, the boards falling out everywhere, I asked them to put on a normal lumber cart. As they were doing, the kids Oscar I believe, tried swinging around with a board and acts like I'm in his way and swings a board by my face. Laughs about it, and says I almost hit you with a board haha.
Not funny, just ridiculous. Bunch of kids working behind the desk with no experience, no respect, no customer satisfaction. Acting like I'm bothering them, that I don't get.
