  As a property manager, I’ve worked with a lot of vendors and service providers over the years, but Aegis Fire Systems and Micah in particular, truly stand out. I’ve been working with them for over a year now, and Micah is always on point, proactive, and genuinely focused on doing what’s best for us and our properties. He’s not just reliable; he’s someone who really cares about getting things done right and finding the best solutions. The whole team at Aegis has been trustworthy, responsive, and easy to work with from day one.

  My review is based on my engagements with Ryan Elias. While I did not end up with their services, I read the negative reviews posted about Ryan and felt compelled to share the responses I've received from him. He was super informative about the questions I had asked about residential sprinklers and when I was doing due diligence about their company and their license, they were super responsive and transparent with the request. I did not go with them as I had a friend who gave me a recommendation to a superintendent that they worked with, had success w their sprinkler head leaks and was local to me that didn't require a 4 hour minimum work. I consider their response to be very professional and super transparent in terms of cost and sending me an estimate before doing work. Thank you Ryan for being informative and transparent.
