I planned to call and look couple of places. This is the first and only place I called. I first called to get some information, then got quoted over the phone. Immediately had an appointment with the onsite manager. Later I met Vanessa and she was such a sweet heart. She showed me couple of unites and pointed out the pros and cons. Once I picked a unite, had a contract done in a few minutes. I needed it a week later. So she prorated a week from that day so I didn't have to pay for the week I didn't need. Before I left, she gave me the instruction how to access the unite and wrote down the code on a card. A week later, we moved everything into the unite with no hassles. The process was so easy and smooth. I highly recommend this place to everyone who is looking for a trouble free storage unite.
