I was offered help by Darlene today and she seemed very personable and assisted me with a smile. I still wish to rate 5 stars, although there is one thing I do want to bring to the attention of staff. I visit this location almost daily and sometimes customers leave feces and marks and smears on the toilet and urine also and sometimes it’s left on the toilet almost all day. I have to bring my own gloves and sanitation supplies, just to use the toilet safely, which is ridiculous but I’m not sitting on a toilet like that. Also, a lot of the time the bathroom door is locked and I know about the door locking on the inside by turning the little knob but is there any way to prevent that? Put a sign near the door or change the handle?
