Phones are never answered , leaving messages is pointless and the one time I was able to reach a human she said that service would call me in a couple of days. Nobody has ever called. I spent a lot in the sofa which is so understuffed that it hurts me to sit on it. I guess I will have to go in person and see if that gets me anywhere. I have lost trust in this brand
- PZP ZuDec 21, 20251.0Purchased 2 custom recliners along with 2 power sofas and a power love seat. Paid extra for what I thought was ‘leather’ on the recliners only to have the recliner material start flaking after 3 months. Real leather doesn’t do this. Called service and they sent someone out to see if I could get the chairs recovered in the leather I paid for. Claim denied. I then escalated my concerns to the regional manager. He called, took the information and indicated he would get back to me. That was 4 months ago. Obviously he had no intention of getting back to me and didn’t care that both recliners were obviously not leather and the plastic material is now shedding. I can’t recommend this store nor the La-Z-Boy brand at all. The post sale service is atrocious. It’s obvious they only care about the initial sale and not quality of their products and whatever you do- don’t pay extra for what you think is leather. It’s a scam. 11-43681.
