I did a multi-camera security system and he designed it, worked through unusual issues, and has deep expertise to make recommendations on equipment, costs/benefits etc. I really enjoyed the process/learned, and he was very on the ball. I then used him for a second project now to install a home theater system -- again, he fully designed the setup, made unbiased recommendations, and is very responsive/helpful/communicative. The system came path really awesome — 77 inch TV, blue ray player, surround sound, and it is integrated with my security system. I also just appreciated being taught the small details of my system and why they are professional grade versus something DIY. Planning to use Ken again. Highly recommend.
