  Jack truly went above and beyond to help us with a damaged Bermex chair we purchased from a store in San Diego. Even though he didn’t make a sale from us, he still took the time to provide a solution and followed up six months later to make sure everything worked out and it did. That level of care and commitment is rare. He is the definition of excellent customer service, and we wouldn’t hesitate to purchase from him in the future. Highly recommend him and his store!

  I have purchased furniture from Wine Country furniture in the past. Excellent quality and very attentive and kind customer service. Always willing to take the time to research answers and solutions. today I was looking for dining table chairs. Jack let me take one home to see how it looked. It didn’t look right but he sent me photos of the same chair in different colors which did look good. So I ordered them. amazing price! Aside from customer service, quality and price the reason I am a repeat customer is that Wine Country furniture donated several new mattresses and beds to a veterans group home renovation project where I was volunteering a few years ago and I always try to give my money to businesses that give back to the community. I Highly recommend!

  We drove about an hour and a half to test out theater seats here, and I'm so glad we did! Jack is very friendly and knowledgeable about the furniture his stocks, with lots of different customizable options. The store is very cozy, with lots of high quality, ready to purchase leather chairs at pretty amazing prices. I was rather impressed. You can also order and customize a kitchen table. The options on display made me a little envious, but sadly we are not in the market for dining furniture this year. When we are, I'll definitely make the long drive back to Jack. It was a great shopping experience and I'd be more than happy to be a repeat customer.
