I called for a referral for a repair on my electric recliner, after the store that I purchased if from couldn’t be bothered. Jack spent a good 15 minutes on the phone, walking me through how to troubleshoot the problem myself. He offered to come over to fix it if I needed help. He was really terrific!

We were little concerned earlier as we live a little far from his shop so it was a direct delivery from factory, but everything went smoothly and we received the furniture is great condition. The quality of CCL is also top notch - way better than other known high end brands.

But it turns out that Wine Country carries not one but seven!! versions of the chairs. The whole family was able to spend time in the store sitting in the chairs and checking out various accessories available for them. Jack was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the brand and the process. He corresponded with us and answered our questions before, during and after our visit.
