  I had two small areas of artificial turf that was installed about 7 years ago. The previous installers did not install the weed guard as I had asked. Over the years the weeds started to wildly grow throughout the turf. I received 3 estimates and chose Diego’s quote from Purchase Green Artificial Grass. His quote was in the middle but his 10 year warranty on labor was one factor that swayed me to this business. Plus, I felt very meeting Diego. The crew showed up on time and removed and replaced the two areas of turf at my animal hospital. Their installation was perfect. It was beautiful. If you need and want quality service and artificial turf, call Diego at Purchase Green.

  We had shopped several artificial turf sources. Due to shipping distances, availability, and cost we focussed on local providers. Jessica, at the Petaluma Purchase Green store, worked with me and was instrumental in getting us the product we wanted at a price that beat the competition. Jessica was personable and professional. She provided quick and efficient service. She was knowledgeable and willing to work out a deal that satisfied us and Purchase Green. Also, the shipment was delivered in just one day. Jesus, the driver was very friendly and helpful. Thank you, we are very satisfied with our experience and our new turf.

  I have been so incredibly disappointed with this company. They were fabulous through the completion of the job but when issues came up they were of no help at all. I was unsure of installing artificial grass because I was concerned it would smell. They absolutely insisted that it wouldn’t smell of dog urine because it was “made for dogs”. The manager stated many times that she has 3 dogs and her grass has never had a smell at all. Within 2 months our backyard was absolutely unusable because of the smell. Neighbors complain, and friends want to sit out front instead. Upper management refused to address the issue and wouldn’t even call back after many attempts to reach them about it. I was always told the owner would call me back but they never did. **Update-even after the owner replied to my review, they have not contacted me about the issue.
