    Had an encounter with Erick and Emily at the Pro service desk , Tried to purchase some items with a clients account the client gave me authorization, and He still refused to let me buy the items ,He also wanted me to take all the items back to there original spot , when he told me to wait till 9 for Dario to come in to get my items , So now he wants me to take all my items back , and wait 2 hours for my items . Another worker (Eric) Came by and he was able to help me out ! I highly suggest retraining both these workers they both had a nasty attitude, Especially Erick , and don’t know how to work with clients , A higher up should’ve been called from the start instead of going back and forth with loyal customers !

    Today was the second time in the last 6 months that THIS Lowe’s in particular dropped the ball. I immediately cancelled all orders and my Lowe’s cc because their customer service agent Shelby and manager Casey are absolutely horrid. They have no idea how to handle customers or offer help. I made an online order and after 4 hrs of one item not being processed, I finally called. Shelby in customer service said “okay” when I asked how I was suppose to know my order was ready when one item wasn’t processed yet. Not sure what kind of answer that is. I then asked if I could have her name and her to speak to her manager and she said “no you may not” and hung up the phone. I then called back to speak to a manager, lo and behold the same customer service agent answered, she finally said her name was Shelby! I was transferred to Casey (the manager) obviously upset about getting hung up on and she also doesn’t know how to deesculate situations and hung up on me as well! Goodbye Lowe’s!
