  We are very disappointed with the quality of our Room & Board sofa. Feathers regularly poke through the cushions, causing discomfort, and the fabric has already torn in several places. Given the price we paid, we expected significantly better quality and a higher level of customer service.

  Enjoyed working with Cory here on the purchase of our York sofa. He was patient and accommodating as we worked through design, layout, and fabric selection. He could not have been more helpful. Wish we lived closer!

  Staff was standoffish and wasnt willing to help us look at furniture or answer basic questions. When we told the sales manager we were upset that nobody was willing to help, she laughed at us on our way out out the door. Disappointed and we won't be buying anything from r&b

  Went in today looking for a sectional, loveseat, dining room chairs and bedside tables. Store was empty. Staff was rude and unhelpful. My mother asked one staff member a question and she just walked away. Beautiful furniture but not at all helpful

  Room and board furniture is beautiful and high quality, and the staff here is very nice. The only reason I give the store 4/5 stars is because it isn't really a full showroom, and we ended having to go to the larger room and board in Culver City to see the table we wanted to see.
