Fortunately there is a rare Kuromi kraft or tchotchke such as a PEZ flip-top and refills. Nostalgia bliss. It's no wonder I've a reading chair and cabinet from this place, good quality stuffs with a pleasant and chill bohemian vibe. There is a restroom which requires a code, available from any associate. The parking at this location can sometimes overflow to another lot across the street. Do join their loyalty program with phone and email, sometimes there are specials and discounts plus they've a point rewards system. Ymmv

Upon entering the store, no welcome or smile, but she did stop me as I tried walking in: if "there was anything she could help me with." I said I was just looking for tea to exchange, and she let me pass. Once I got to the register, as soon as I started talking she cut me off by welcoming another customer into the store. I had to continually repeat and explain that a manager had OK'd my return as she repeatedly questioned and challenged what i said. She stated that it was illegal to accept opened items and i should have contacted the manufacturer. After I said that I could show her my call record and that the manager asked me to come into the store (and she had no other retort left), she tried to reframe her combativeness as helpfulness. She was condescending during the entire transaction and it wasn't until i said, "thank you for your help, Susan" that i managed to squeeze a semblance of a smile and some humanity out of her. Confusingly (and ironically) she replied, "I'm sorry if you're upset," which she really should have been saying to herself.
