  When my Vinotemp 100 bottle cooler went out and Vinotemp was going to take 2-3 weeks to ship the part to fix it, I had to find alternate storage. I had passed by the Wine Grotto a few times so I gave them a call. Talked to Lien, and I went down to check it out. She showed me the available lockers, I found the one I wanted, very reasonably priced, $31 per month for a small locker which holds 100 bottles easy. Plus they have these stackable storage Tubes to rent at only $2 per month for 40, and 2 bottles (Even Turley size) fit nicely into each Tube, and you can also stack bottles 2 high and 2 deep above the 40 Tubes, my count is you can fit 106 bottles total. Good secure feeling as it takes both a code and a Finger scan to get into the locker area. Only took a few minutes to do the paperwork and I was signed up for 6 months, as they are running a special right now, buy 5 months, get one month free.

  Have been storing wine here for a few years now. Also have new shipments sent directly here to minimize heat exposure. The facility is clean and cold and the friendly staff are always ready to help with any issue. Your wine will love it here.

  First time customer here. Very happy with the service provided by the staff. Lien was very helpful in giving us a tour and sold on us on the facility. She took her time to review the contract and answered all of our questions. The storage facility is clean and tidy. They even provide a vehicle transportation for move in day.

  The Wine Grotto in Pasadena fantastic. Friendly, helpful staff. Athena had excellent suggestions and helped me choose the best size storage for my extensive collection. The state of the art facility ensures your wine is safe, secure, and environmentally controlled. The security system keeps my collection safe and also allows me to access my wine easily as needed.
