It was time consuming and they needed another associate to help. No one was checking anyone out. Once the second associate finished helping (but not finishing that persons transactions) - she goes to walk away while the lone cashier kept working on the returns/missing part. I ask politely if there was anyone else available to check out customers. The person who came to help was fairly rude and said, “Someone will be with you shortly.” And walked away. That person could have checked me out in the time it took her to tell me to keep waiting (after already waiting ten minutes!) Clearly the basic idea of getting money from customers is lost at this store. Bonus - you have to pay to park anywhere near the store! Order online!
- BCBetty CrawfordAug 15, 20252.0To save a 95.00 shipping fee on 300.00 sale, I drove an hour and 25 minutes to retrieve my order. Once home found one drawer warp and one cracked. Resolution: order them and return to the store. These two drawers didn't have covers as well. Charge 8.39 each. Unaware they did not come with covers as the website pictures are so poor , it's difficult to determine that there weren't covers. All other draws have them, so assumed they did as well. These drawers are not cheap! Not motivated to drive 3 hrs to remedy this issue!
