They have a big front office and you get to sit down with them and do the paperwork when you initially rent and when you vacate. Monica helped me with the form to vacate and did not pressure me to continue renting which was nice. Also the security at this place is good and they did not raise the rent while I was there.

This place always felt safe and is climate controlled, so even when the Eaton fire was nearby we never smelled any residual smoke on our belongings. Our art and antiques are fine. We finally closed out our unit to move it all to Ireland and staff assisted us with special parking for the loading process. They also have carts, a nice bathroom, and most importantly, an In-and-Out across the street for your lunch break in between unloading/packing! ;) We were really pleased having our memories stored here. Thanks again for the care and attention of your facilities.
