  I’m genuinely grateful for the experience I had at SoCal Self Storage. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed, cared for, and respected. I especially want to recognize manger Juan , Mike , and the SoCal Self Storage Pasadena team. They took the time to really listen, showed patience, and made sure everything was clear and stress-free. It never felt rushed or transactional, it felt thoughtful and intentional. Moving and storage can be overwhelming, but the kindness and professionalism they showed made a real difference. You can tell this team genuinely cares about people and takes pride in representing their company well. This is the kind of customer service that deserves recognition and appreciation. If you’re looking for storage in Pasadena and want to be treated with respect and heart, I highly recommend this location.

  EXCELLENT!!! Great, convenient units, perfect helpful service from Mike and BY FAR the best rates in the area. We were blown away by the reviews and can verify that this is the best storage facility in the SGV. Highly recommended.
