  I recently went here to see if there are any differences between them and the parent store Best Buy’s. An old white man approached me asking me if I needed help. I asked him if they carried different microwave ovens than Best Buy’s. His response was sarcastic and dismissive making me feel as if I was stupid. After speaking for a bit regarding the microwaves, I confronted him about his initial tone and comment. He acted like I he had no idea what he was talking about. Basically, this store is not any different than a Best Buy’s. Not sure why they keep the name. Maybe brand cache?

  An employee named DIARRA answered all my questions, provided a tape measure, confirmed the availability of the products I was planning to purchase and answered every question I had. She was kind, personable, knowledgeable, and all around as excellent as she could be. I was grateful for connecting with her and I recommend Pacific Sales in Pasadena most highly!
