- JJJessicaOct 6, 20255.0The experience I had with Chris, Alicia, and Kiki.. honestly everyone at the store was exceptional. Everyone was professional, helpful, empathetic, patient and kind. My husband and I have talked about this brand before but didn’t really know what we wanted or expected. Everyone patiently helped and gave us different ideas and options. They helped draw it out, build it, gave example and even samples of the cloth to take home to help us visualize what it would look like in our home. After our initial decision, Chris and team also helped with the best deals and how we can maximize our savings. These couches are obviously not the most affordable so any type of savings is always appreciated especially with three little ones. The whole process took over a month and a half… we received the pieces but then found that some didn’t work out as expected. The entire time Chris and Kiki and team personally helped and assured me that everything would be taken care of. I do love my couches. They are sturdy, I love my storage, comfortable and all things nice. But what made all of this even better was Chris and his team. Thank you!!!! This store isn’t even the closest to us but we just happened to be in the area and well.. so glad we stuck with the Pasadena store! This team is 💯!!

She took her time to explain the various options and configurations to us, and after receiving a good quote (with added discounts that Christina applied for us), we ended up purchasing the perfect Sactional for our home. We were kept updated of the order and delivery, and the Sactional came in just a couple of days after we processed the order. It was faster than we expected! We set it up pretty quickly from there and are very happy!
