The staff at Leslie's were so helpful they had me set up within minutes. I left the store with a 4 step easy peasy plan for chemical balancing and maintenance. Super easy once I got home and set everything up. Oh, and I got a $15 discount for shopping there. I am the owner of a small business and I will say that I am disappointed with my experience with other small businesses this time round.
