- SDSylviose Dossous5 days ago3.0This was my first time using a storage unit, and overall the process with Easy Storage was pretty smooth. Reserving the unit was simple, I got a welcome call the next day, and the app was easy to use. The only issue came when I went to check out my unit for the first time after office hours. The email link that was supposed to help me find it pulled up a map that didn’t actually show my unit. I wasn’t able to locate it on my own and ended up having to leave and reschedule my move, which had been planned for the next morning at 7am. The next day, I stopped by during office hours and the manager was really friendly and helpful. He walked me right to the unit and explained that those units had only been installed about a week earlier and hadn’t made it onto the map yet. I appreciated how helpful he was, but it was definitely frustrating to have to change my moving plans because of outdated information. Overall, the signup process and customer support were great. Updating the map or flagging new units ahead of time would make the experience even better.
