    Clean and well-maintained! Rima, the manager of the facility is kind, accommodating, and efficient. She made my recent move-in as seamless as possible, and she and/or her friendly coworker Marissa are always in the office ready to assist. The carts are sturdy, easy to wheel, and readily available, and the elevators are reliable and secure. While other storage companies allow access late at night, I appreciate the added security at this facility as you are only allowed to be inside the building during staffed business hours M-Sa 7a-7p and Sun 7a-4p. Overall a very positive experience and a feeling that is quite different from other big chains in the surrounding area. Highly recommend.
