Megan, in particular, makes a lasting impression. She has such a genuinely friendly and welcoming demeanor that immediately puts you at ease. You can tell she truly enjoys helping customers—she’s approachable, patient, and always willing to go the extra mile to make sure you find exactly what you need. Whether it’s offering thoughtful suggestions, tracking down an item, or just checking in with a warm smile, Megan elevates the entire shopping experience. It’s clear that her leadership carries over to the rest of the team as well. I do a lot of business at this store, and thanks to Megan and her team, it never feels like just another errand—it’s always a pleasant, even enjoyable experience.
