I had to chase them down myself, only to find that customer service had no idea when the dining chairs would be delivered. The service after you put the order is terrible."
- DSD SSep 30, 20251.0We ordered living and dining room furniture, it arrived one-by-one (painful) and quality has been below average…sofa has a chemical smell…furnitures don’t look nearly as good as it does on the website or in their gallery. Secondly, the latest Design staff are unhelpful (act like they are there just to check the box) and there seems to be high turnover of staff (never a good sign). There isn’t a process of handover of projects so client has to waste time explaining themselves multiple times. Now the “Galley Leader” is not honouring all the promises made by his previous team. We are left with a half finished project, and it’s clear they could care less. Spoke to our work colleagues, and local friends circles, and it seems we are not the only ones with bad experience at RH Palo Alto. I should have been weary by their 2.1 Yelp rating. Long way of of saying, do not buy from RH Palo Alto, you will be stuck with expensive poor quality furniture, sold to you by dishonest staff who have zero customer skills or ethics. Save your money and go elsewhere
- EMelle macOct 25, 20241.0Overwhelmingly loud inside. Conversation is impossible. Lovely sunset view, I would only recommend drinks on the terrace but not staying to dine. When we arrived and sat down only one table in the restaurant had any food as the kitchen was extremely overwhelmed. The menu choices are meh.

Other customer was snacking on nuts while constantly pulling her mask down and noone seemed to care. Driving to SF location now, where we always get best customer service.
