  We ordered living and dining room furniture, it arrived one-by-one (painful) and quality has been below average…sofa has a chemical smell…furnitures don’t look nearly as good as it does on the website or in their gallery. Secondly, the latest Design staff are unhelpful (act like they are there just to check the box) and there seems to be high turnover of staff (never a good sign). There isn’t a process of handover of projects so client has to waste time explaining themselves multiple times. Now the “Galley Leader” is not honouring all the promises made by his previous team. We are left with a half finished project, and it’s clear they could care less. Spoke to our work colleagues, and local friends circles, and it seems we are not the only ones with bad experience at RH Palo Alto. I should have been weary by their 2.1 Yelp rating. Long way of of saying, do not buy from RH Palo Alto, you will be stuck with expensive poor quality furniture, sold to you by dishonest staff who have zero customer skills or ethics. Save your money and go elsewhere

  I had a very disappointing experience with RH. I placed a special order sofa at the end of January and received it in March, only to find that the side pillows were missing. RH told me the vendor “forgot” to make them, and I would need to wait another three months. By June, I still hadn’t heard anything. When I called again, I was shocked to learn they had once again “forgotten” about my order, and I would need to wait another two months. Finally, after endless delays, I only received the pillows in August — more than half a year after my initial purchase. For a luxury brand at this price point, the lack of professionalism and accountability is unacceptable. The repeated mistakes, zero proactive communication, and constant need for me to chase updates made the whole process incredibly frustrating. RH really needs to reflect on its quality control and customer service.

  Loved our brunch here. Very similar to other RH in the bay area, great atmosphere, delicious food and great service. Especially recommend the buratta, crispy artichoke, and the chicken sandwich. Reservation recommended especially for weekends and special occasions.

  Fantastic food, and the waiters were super friendly and attentive. Spoiled a bit by a cold front of house staff - arrived separately as a party of four and "we've checked you in we'll seat you when they arrive thanks". There is no waiting area.
