I’ve stopped by here while visiting family a few times and all my interactions have been great. This last time I purchased some inventory that was being liquidated. On top of the deals Adrian from tools gave me a discount on top of it. Came back the day after as I didn’t realize I had purchased display models and he, along with his associate Hilary, were able to bring the price down even more. They went above and beyond despite not having to. The staff here has always been nice and courteous to my grandmother as well when she shops here. Couldn’t recommend more!

I had a terrible experience at Lowe’s Home Improvement.
I tried to return an unopened water heater that I purchased on December 24 at 7:00 PM. Today is December 27, yet they refused the return, claiming I only had 48 hours. Even worse, they counted December 25, a day the store was closed, as one of those days.
I checked Lowe’s official return policy online, and it clearly states that water heaters can be returned within 30 days of purchase. On top of that, they told me I could only return the item to the original store, even though their policy says it can be returned to any Lowe’s location.
To make matters worse, I called the store manager, and she told me the same thing — that I had to go back to the other store. This is absolutely nuts.
Completely inconsistent policies, poor customer service, and no accountability. Experiences like this explain why Lowe’s sells half of what Home Depot does.
Very disappointed.

I went shopping at this location a couple days go when I encountered the manager I’m sure his name was Rob he was white with a beard anyways as I asked a question he gave me the most insulting nasty look and said I shouldn’t be at this store without a man to help me since i’m a woman. He also said that I should be home cooking for a man especially since i’m brown. I was absolutely APPALLED. He needs to get fired especially since he’s a manager if this is how he treats all women of color this is absolutely unacceptable and unprofessional I will NOT be returning to this store.
