  First time there just to grab a gift card for my niece. Cashier was friendly but no tap pay. Had to hold up the line to go to my car to get my physical debit card. That part sucked.

  I had never been to a hobby lobby before and I visited this location with my younger sibling to get him some supplies for his school project and I wanna say I’m impressed. The manager at the front Daniela ( or at least I believe she was ) was extremely helpful and professional directing and recommending us where in the store we could find what we were looking for and even gave us a few suggestions. I was very pleased with my experience at this store and my other younger sibling is also in need of supplies for his project as well so I will definitely be bringing him back here ! Thank you Daniela we will see you again soon ! (:

  Too expensive. Walked around then went next door to dollar tree to buy xmas bags and decorations. Also I wasn't the only one. Saw several people that left Hobby Lobby to buy at Dollar tree.

  I had a very bad experience at this store. I went to exchange an item I had bought and they took it but I didn't realize that they never gave me the credit for it. Instead, they just charged me for the new one. When I realized, I went back to the store and explained what had happened to the employee that was there. She nicely informed me that she had to call her manager, which I understood. But that manager and the other person she called, didn't handle the situation “nicely” instead they made me feel I was trying to steal or something. They said that it was my fault. And never even apologized and didn't give me my money back. It's not even about the money but the way they treated me. These people need to learn to be more professional and treat customers with respect. I left the store very upset and of course, I am not planning on going back, again, not because of the money but because of how they made me feel.
