Wonderful product, great service and the showrooms are lovely and organized. My main contact person since 4/2023 (Palm Springs) is Doug Truesdale. I started with Gina Fischer at the Costa Mesa store in late 2022. Their customer service is remarkable: kind, respectful, knowledgeable, great communication skills, professional, helpful and caring. Doug and I are still working together on projects with periodic assistance from Monica Allen if Doug is not available. Thank you Room & Board for the wonderful customer experience we are given.
