Lowes called and said since the refrigerator was bought 38 days ago,--past their 30 day dealine --- they would not replace it and to contact Frigidaire who said to contact Lowes. I am so stunned --is there a way to post a zero instead of the one. My Father in Law is 102 and his wife is 97. In February we went to the Lowes in Palm Springs and bought a new refrigerator for them. This weekend, 38 days later it broke, a technician came out and said it can't be fixed and you need a new one. Now the aggravation---Lowes said they cannot talk to my father in law because he didnt buy it...we did. Lowes told us to call Frigidaire. A frididaire rep said it cant be replaced without their own people inspecting it and who knows when that will be .In the meantime the medicine in the warm device is going bad and 2 very elderly people are in a panic. We are in Florida and at a loss because neither Lowes nor Fridigaire is able or wont be anything. Any suggestions.

It appears that I’ve been charged multiple times for an order. How can I resolve this?
These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order. For orders with longer lead times, your method of payment will be reauthorized to ensure funds remain available until your item is shipped.
