Jessica the cashier was rude as hell . She needs to work on those customer
Service skills . Asked a question about the price of a clearance paint because it showed up full price and her response and tone were rude . I should have called her out in front of the manager when he came to over ride the price because she had me heated from her unnecessary attitude because i didn’t want to cause a scene.
I hope she gets spoken to about that nasty attitude.

Usually every employee and associate with Lowe's is great. Unfortunately, I have had the unpleasant experience in meeting.***HENRY*** in the lumber department.
For somebody that's "In charge" of that department as he said, he was completely aloof, extremely rude and dismissive.
Walked passed me x2 after asking for assistance, as if I were a 2x4. Assuming he's unhappy with work... 0 (zero) hustle. He looks extremely miserable. Let him stay back there tucked away from the public. Definitely not an asset for the company.
I wouldn't hire him to pump Porta Potties

Had carpet installed by lowes 2 years ago maybe 3. Have had to have the master bedroom re stretched and now have to have the livingroom and hallway done. Also can tell it won't be long before the other three bedrooms need to be done. Carpet is beautiful, workmanship is terrible. They don't have anyone to help with this issue so had to find another person to do it. So needless to say another expense for their mistake. Our home had Carpet that lasted 13 years prior to this and never needed to be fixed in this manner. It was just wore down. Will not use lowes again for flooring of any kind!

A very young man with the customer service skills of someone working that the Ritz, Four Seasons or Nordstroms .. He went above and beyond to help me with my paint and explaining the diffent types.
