  Rob was amazing today helping me with my pool vacuum. It was stuck and he was able to unclog it for me. He is very knowledgeable, answered my questions and directed me on exactly what I needed and gave me options. He was kind, considerate, and once I made my purchase, he helped me to my car. Highly recommend this location and especially Rob!

  This is a mixed review. First the good. Rob, the store manager is amazing. Always cordial, always going out of his way to help. Honest, helpful and the reason why my wife and I shop this Leslies only. Now that bad. Last weekend our pump system suddenly started to leak air. After some panicking I realized it was probably the filter "O" ring. I take the old one in and show Rob. He looks at it, asks the filter make and model which I was not sure of, walks to the wall of "O" rings pulls a Pentair part, says this is the most common, we compare and it was good. He also suggested lubricant for the ring. Back home I still had some air coming in so I hoofed it back with a pump basket cover for comparison to replace all 3 pump cover rings. Rob had gone to lunch. This time we had mister serly behind the counter. Hi, how are you? What do you need! Without a part number I can not help you! You'll need to check the wall yourself! I'll still come to this store during the week but it will be a shame when Rob is no longer there Saturdays and Sundays. Why are people so angry now?

  The employee (Victor) that helped me today was awesome. He went above the call of service with chlorine recommendation and finding the filter that would fit my portable vacuum. Will start coming back to this store for my pool needs.

  Spend over 180 for a water lounge, was interested in a cooling system for my pool, set up appointment for inspection which is not free $ 50 which I had pre-paid on the same day I bought the water lounge. Inspector spend 10 minutes, did not leave any written quote, was told it was ok. So I decided to call Leslie pool back and set up the installation, was told to call a 800 number to set appointment. When I called 800 number in Phoenix, the nice lady told me, Leslie pool should get in contact with them in order to know if they have the parts in stock. So I called back Leslie pool in palm desert, the woman I spoke with was frustrated, not helping, kept asking for a receipt which I didn't keep, silly me lol could not find the quote I was verbally given in her system, told me she had no way of finding anything, asked me for parts number, which I didn't have cause no paper work was given to me on the day of the inspection. So no thank you, I will take my business somewhere else. Going tomorrow to ask for refund for the inspection.
