  We wondered in to see what Tempur- Pedic was all about. James asked a series of sleep related questions which led to my husband finding the mattress he suggested to feel exactly like what he was looking for. I appreciate how they keep everything very clean and sanitary by covering everything you lay on and the store smells amazing. James provided up with information regarding all of our options. We went home and did some research and returned a few days later with some additional questions. Again he was super helpful and we decided to purchase a mattress and an adjustable base. Great shopping experience!

  Excellent Experience! We walked into the Tempurpedic store and were instantly greeted by Margot. She took her time showing us the different mattresses and answering all our questions. We returned the next day to make our purchase but Margot was off. James was there that evening and took great care of us! Even though we explained that Margot had already given us a a lot of information, he had us try the matresses and pillows again to ensure we were getting exactly what we wanted. Over the course of the next few days they followed up with updates on the status of the mattress...all the way up to when the matress was deliveded. We are extremely impressed with the friendliness and professionalism of both and could not have asked for an easier and better experience.

  Really seamless experience working with James. I came in to replace a pillow and within 5 minutes had a great option. He assessed my back and asked about sleeping style then helped me “test drive” a couple of options.

  Store 75225 Margot was the most knowledgeable salesperson, however this order was canceled less than 24 hours after I left the store. I'm awaiting my cancelation verification. Margot assured me the normal cancelation time is 7 - 14 business days. UPDATE: PURCHASE MADE 12/14/2025 & as of 01/05/2026 I still don't have the charge taken off my Visa.

  This was an AMAZINGLY POSITIVE EXPERIENCE! My wife and I decided it was time for a new mattress and started our journey here. We were greeted warmly by Margot when we entered …. and she started by asking if there were any specific considerations that we were looking to address. My skeptical self expected that this was the entry point to gradually lead us to the most expensive mattress in the store. But, I was so wrong. Margot took that information and quickly had us looking at alternatives that met our needs and were not the most expensive of the offerings. Throughout our hour+ in the store, Margot demonstrated great product knowledge and high levels of professionalism and empathy. I don’t remember ever having a sales professional so focused on ensuring that our specific needs and concerns were understood and addressed! In fact, she even went so far as to recommend pillows for our consideration that her store didn’t offer - and suggested where we would find them. We really appreciated a number of aspects of this shopping experience - Margot’s empathy, professionalism and product knowledge (as mentioned above) - but also that, at no point did we feel any pressure to make a purchase or to select anything that was more than what we needed/wanted. I am also convinced (from this experience) that Tempur-pedic must have superior training regimens. Margot demonstrated a high level of in-depth product knowledge and understanding and such an authentic and sincere interest in ensuring our specific needs were met. Even with bright, intelligent sales associates, that doesn’t happen by accident. Kudos to the company for providing the training, incentives and environment for an individual like Margot to deliver such an exceptional experience!!
