  Had to get a transponder for a country club, they got me in and out fast. Great service, took 17 minutes, very friendly staff too

  Had an alarm at my home it had been sometime and totally forgot our passcode… The woman on the end of the phone couldn’t tell me anything and said she had to end the call… but say to me to call the office it’s 11 at night …A few minutes later my husband phones rings and she asked him the same question …. Hello we don’t know what it is… Keep in mind she called us on our cell phones both of us ….So the only piece of mind I had was I had a ring door bell along with ring cameras in the house I was able to talk to the constable which gave me piece of mine …. I call the office today to find out what my passcode is and I asked the woman different questions she seems to be getting very angry as I kept saying your not listening to me I live thousand of miles away in the summer I’m in Canada …. I got an alarm at my home which nobody could help me with and I told to call the office I call the 866 number off the bill and guess what you can’t call it from Canada not to mention I don’t understand way this woman told me to call the office there was no one there at 11 at night …This was not the warm and comfy needed when your far away from your home and you trust the alarm company to do something o did I mention the front door of my house was wide open… Thank you ala company for nothing and thank you to the woman who hung up on me ….

  I have used Maximum for 7 years. Previously I used a local company that took money for monitoring but did not, and a large national firm that never know who we were when we had an issue. I like the local, quick service for repairs and installations, and the help they provide when there is a security issue.
